The Corporation

• Yorkey Investigations Inc. is licensed by the Private Security & Investigative Services branch of the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services of the Province of Ontario. All of our investigators are individually licensed Private Investigators.
• Yorkey operates out of Richmond Hill, Ontario with offices located at 5650 Yonge St. Suite 1500 Toronto, Ontario.
• Yorkey became a corporation in 2004 in compliance with Industry Canada
• Yorkey has been a Corporate member in good standing with the CPIO since 2003 (Council of Private Investigators Ontario).
• Yorkey adheres to the Industry Canada PIPEDA Act. We provide a secure environment for our records and evidence collected.
• Yorkey has a Privacy Code and Code of Ethics available upon request. We also have a Privacy Officer.
• Yorkey goes to great lengths for the Protection of the Reputation of our clients.

Process Steps

1. Yorkey provides an initial free Consultation.

2. We will provide Counselling and Recommendations for direction and strategy.

3. The parties will then sign a written agreement form and an appropriate retainer is exchanged in order to solidify the agreement.

4. Yorkey Investigations commences the investigation.

5. Yorkey reports and provides open communications in a highly secure manner and provides information in a timely manner.

Pricing

We go to great lengths to ensure the price we quote will be realistic. Our retainer provides an allotment of hours to begin the assignment after which our hourly rate plus expenses will be calculated.

The Yorkey Team: 

Marlene Porter – 23 years combined experience in Private Investigations and Human Resources. Expertise researching, surveillance, general investigations, genealogical researcher, superior records research skills, understanding of employee records, qualifies importance of contradictory evidence with the wrongfully implicated.

Christopher Porter - 5 years experience as a Private Investigator and Agency Owner - 23 years in the insurance industry investigating, negotiating and resolving thousands of claims - 15 years experience as a general genealogoical researcher.
